Highly engineered trunnion style ball valves available in 1, 2 and 3 piece designs with either standard port or full port bores, for demanding applications typical of oil and gas pipelines.

 

These trunnion style ball valves are compatible with piggable service.

 

Available for pipeline as large as 56" and for pressures up to 6,000 PSI, the TM series valves are used for natural gas storage systems, gas transmission, LNG, HRSG, subsea oil refining, desalination CO₂ service and power generation applications.

 

Standard materials of construction include carbon steel, low temperature carbon steel and 316SS and available connection sizes are 150/300/600/900/1500/2500# RF ANSI flanged, Butt Weld and RTJ.

Available with metal or polymeric seated balls, TM series valves provide reliable sealing across a range of temperatures and pressures.  We can also provide this valve in a multi-port, 3-way or 4-way, configuration.

 

Features:

• Seats are spring loaded and seal individually on both upstream and downstream sides of the ball

• The valve seat springs are encased in a protective structure to prevent impurities from interfering with spring operation.

• If the seat and stem seals become damaged, emergency injection fittings can be used to create a temporary back-up seal.
