Hayward^® EAU/1 Series Ball Valve Actuators

Economical 120v electric valve actuator for ball valves up to 2"

 

The EAU series electric valve actuator is an entry level actuator having a 25% duty cycle for simple on/off control of standard ball valves, control valves and three-way valves.  The EAU1 version has an ISO 5211 compliant F05 base for ease of mounting to ball valves.

 

The polypropylene NEMA 4/4x enclosure is both UL and CSA listed.  It takes 2.5 seconds for 90 degree actuation and 5 seconds for 180 degree actuation (used for 3-way valves).  Having simple terminal block electrical connections, the EAU has a built-in end-of-travel dry limit switch and thermal overload protection.  The internal gear train is permanently lubricated and thus it is maintenance free.
