Hayward® PBV Series Diaphragm Back Pressure Valves
Hayward's PVC, CPVC, polypropylene, and PVDF back pressure valves prevents siphoning and eliminates varying dosage rates resulting from fluctuating downstream pressure. By applying back pressure to exceed the preset pressure level, it forces the diaphragm up to allow the liquid to flow through the valve to the injection point. Typical applications for these valves would be for chemical dosing, transfer and processing, and chlorination systems.
