This 2 piece, full port ball valve is offered in 316SS in ½" to 2" sizes for general industrial applications.  The integral ISO 5211 actuator pad enables easy installation of electric or pneumatic actuators. The  primary seal is a washer that fits firmly on the stem shoulder. The secondary seal (back-up) seal is provided by an o-ring and a set of self-lubricating RPTFE Vee packing rings, energized by belleville washers. This design adjusts packing compression to compensate for wear, pressure or temperature fluctuations even when “Direct-Mount” actuation and insulation are utilized.  The applicable design standard is ASME B16.34 and manufacturing occurs within an ISO 9001 registered facility.
