Hayward Compact 1-Piece PVC Ball Valves

Hayward QVC and QV series compact 1-piece PVC ball valves are designed for commercial plumbing, irrigation, swimming pools, aquariums, and other light-duty applications. These entry-level valves are not intended for heavy industrial use but offer excellent value and performance for general service on/off applications.

QVC Series (Standard Port)

The QVC series features a standard port design and is available in both white and gray PVC. It uses santoprene (TPV) seats and EPDM seals. Offered in sizes ½" to 4" with threaded or socket (glued) connections.

QV Series (Full Port)

The QV series is a full port design made of gray PVC with PTFE seats. It is available in sizes ½" to 2" with threaded or socket connections. Full port construction provides lower pressure drop compared to standard port valves of the same size.

Important Notes

These are economy-grade valves and are not recommended for industrial process applications or where frequent cycling or high pressure/temperature conditions exist. For more demanding applications, consider Hayward’s TBH or TBB true-union series.
