Unibody control valve specifications

 

This 1 piece, standard port ball valve has a unibody (solid cast) body design for use with clean or dirty liquids, gases and fibrous suspensions.  Available in 1" to 24" sizes with 150#, 300# or 600# flanged ends of either carbon steel or 316SS, the V-groove ball design enables precise, repeatable flow control.  We can also provide this valve with a wafer body to minimize the installation footprint and weight.  These are designed to ASME B16.34 standards and tested per API 607 and API 6D within a manufacturing plant having CE per PED97/23/EC quality control registration.
