Hayward RPV Series Diaphragm Pressure Relief Valves

Hayward RPV series diaphragm pressure relief valves protect downstream equipment by limiting pressure to a preset value. They are ideal for chemical dosing, transfer, and chlorination systems where over-pressurization or water hammer can damage pumps, piping, or instruments.

• Available in PVC, CPVC, polypropylene, and PVDF with Noryl molded dome
• PTFE and EPDM diaphragm for broad chemical compatibility
• Factory preset in 1 PSI increments (standard preset is 50 PSI)
• Hand adjustable with no tools required
• Molded-in 1/4 inch gauge port for easy monitoring
• FNPT connections with 304 stainless steel bolting
• Pressure range 10 to 150 PSI
• 250 PSI rating at 70 degrees F for PVC, CPVC, and PVDF (150 PSI for PP)
