The S-23 Fusion ball valve is a  1 piece, full port ball valve available with ¼" to 4" female NPT (threaded) connections.  They are constructed of 316SS or carbon steel and having a seal weld design to eliminate leakage at body joints; the factory uses water cooled automatic welding equipment for uniform welding procedures without damage to the vale seats and seals.  A 2-piece version (T-23) is also available if a seal weld design is not required.

 

The design standards for the Fusion fire safe ball valves satisfy ANSI B1.20.1, ASME B16.34, API 608 and NACE MR-0175.  The applicable testing standards are Fire Safe and API 607.  The valves can be provided with either CRN or CE per PED97/23/EC registerations.
