We can provide our ball valves with jacketing when steam, hot oil or other heat transfer media is used to control the ball valve temperature. We provide both custom fabricated steam jackets and preassembled ball valves with steam jackets.

We offer several different designs including:

One piece full port body, no body leaks and enables valve repair without need to remove jacket
Welded full jacket for flange-to-flange coverage
Partial jackets covering only the center portion of the valve
Two piece bolted design in support of easy installation and for reuse if the valve is replaced
Clamp-on jacket for valves already in service and also in support of reuse when valves are replaced
