Three piece ball valves enable valve repair without disturbing the pipline connections and welding to the pipeline without heat transfer to the valve.  The Econochem series is a UL Listed, 3-piece 316SS ball valve (full port) designed for industrial applications. Its innovative design includes an integral ISO 5211 actuator mounting pad and "swing-out" design for easier maintenance.  Offered in 1/4" though 4" sizes, it is rated for a MAWP of 1,000 PSI, 25 torr vacuum service and up to 250 PSI of steam. 

 

The standard end connections are threaded, socket-weld, grooved (compatible with Victaulic) and butt weld ends.  Although this is a 316SS valve, we can supply carbon steel (ASTM A216 WCB) socket weld ends for installation into steel pipelines.  We can also mix/match the ends, for example we can provide a threaded by Victaulic (grooved) inlet/outlet configuration.

 

Our valves are tested in accordance with MSS-SP 72.
