316SS Ball Valves

2 Piece Full Port Ball Valves made from 316 Stainless Steel

The model T80SS is a 2 piece ball valve designed to operate at pressures up to 1000 PSI within a -20F to 450F temperature range.  Its body, endcap, ball ans stem are all manufactured from 316SS and its body seal is PTFE.  The T80SS uses RPTFE for its seat, thrust washer and stem packing.  The galnd nut, handle and all external components are made of 304SS.  Their bubble tight seal of every vavle is tested under water with 100 PSI air in both the open and closed positions per API 598 and in conformance with Federal Specifications WW-V-35B.  Its blow-out proof stem enables stem packing replacement while in use.  The T80SS is offered in 1/4" through 3" sizes with female threaded connections.  We can provide with tapped actuator mounting pad for automatic actuation.

The model DM85SS is a similar valve offered in 1/2" through 2" sizes having a ISO 5211 mounting pad cast into its body design, enabling direct mounting to electric or pneumatic actuators without the need for mounting brackets or couplings.  The high pressure version of this valve (DM2000) is rated for up to 2000 PSI and can be provided with RPTFE, metal or S-TEK seats.
