Hayward industrial butterfly valves provide reliable on/off and throttling service in larger piping systems. Wafer and lug body styles are available in PVC, CPVC and polypropylene with EPDM or FPM liners.

Wafer vs Lug Style

Wafer Style: Most economical option. Installed between two flanges using bolts that pass through the valve body. Suitable for most applications where the valve does not need to be an end-of-line valve.

Lug Style: Has threaded inserts (lugs) that allow the valve to be installed at the end of a line or between flanges. Offers more installation flexibility.
