Lined Valves for Aggressive fluids

PFA/PTFE lined ball valves, butterfly valves and check valve specifications

 

Our PFA/PTFE lined ball valves, butterfly valves and check valves are designed for harsh chemical applications involving lined piping or higher pressures and temperatures which are incompatible with our PVC/CPVC/GFPP/PVDF designs.

 

PFA lined ball valves are a full port design with 150# flanged ends; bodies are available in both ductile iron and stainless steel in ½" to 6" sizes.  PFA lining used for chemical compatibility and high purity appliations.

 

PTFE lined butterfly valves are available within 2" to 24" sizes in both wafer and lug style, split-body designs.  Although he standard body material is epoxy coated ductile iron, we can supply in stainless steel and other "exotic" alloys.  PTFE lined butterfly valves have an extra wide sealing face for maximum corrosion resistance.

 

PFA lined check valves are offered as a ball-check style for vertical up flow applications and encapsulated SS spring check valve for all other orientations.
