The Air-Con modular valve positioner is designed with flexibility in-mind, enabling switching between pneumatically and electro-pneumatically operation. Furthermore adding a limit switch, transmitting module or gauges is a simple process. The position indicator can be 90 or 180 degrees flat or 90 degree dome styles.
An excellent choice for hazardous locations, Air-Con valve positioners typically have a 0.10% resolution (maximum 0.25%) and repeatability of 99.9% (minimum 99.75%).

The V200 electro-pneumatic valve positioner provides a digital indication of position in a rugged NEMA 4X housing. It enables external zeroing and span calibration without accessing the internals of the positioner. The V200 supports either air or 4-20mA input signals and can be used across a temperature range of -58F to 325F.
The D400 series digital positioner is designed to work with both rotary and linear pneumatic valve actuators. This highly customizable digital positioner provides sophisticated control designed to integrate with HART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus or Prof bus communication. The extremely air efficient D400 requires instrument quality compressed air. Although the D400 digital valve positioner is quite sophisticated, it is simple to mount and calibrate.
