Hayward^® ECP Valve Actuators

ECP valve actuators have a 75% duty cycle and are designed for industrial ball and butterfly valves up to 6" in size; they can output up to 796 in-lbs of torque.  These 1/4 turn valve actuators have a glass filled polypropylene (GFFP) NEMA 4/4X enclosure which has an IP67 protection rating. To simplify wiring, the ECP valve actuator has an automatic switching power supply accepting a range of input voltages from 24-265 VAC/VDC.  It is ISO 5211 compatible and its shaft is made of 303 stainless steel.

Options include a digital positioner (4-20mA, 2-10v, IN/OUT) and a battery fail-safe kit to ensure operation to safe orientation in the event of a power failure.
