The Tri-Pro series are a 3 piece ball valve available in both full port and standard port design for pipeline sizes from ¼" to 4".  They are made of Carbon steel, 316SS or Alloy 20 with Threaded, Weld-In-Place (WIP), Socket Weld, Butt Weld or 150/300/600# RF ANSI flanged connections.

 

Tri-Pro ball valves are highly engineered, having features such as secondary media containment, protected seat design and a cap screw body assembly.  These valves are designed to handle extreme pressure and temperature shock, slurries while providing bubble-tight sealing to temperatures of 550ºF and pressures to 3,000 PSI.  Thus the Tri-Pro ball valve are often used for thermal fluids and super heated steam applications.

 

The applicable design standards include ASME B16.5/B16.10/B16.34/B1.20.1, MSS-SP-25/72 and NACE MR-0175 with testing standards including API 598, API 607, API 608, BS 6755 PART 2, Fire Safe and WW-V-35C.  The manufacturing facility has both ISO 9001 and CE Certified registrations.
