Hayward HZSN1 Series Electric Actuator

 

The HZSN1 is an industrial duty, entry level valve actuator is designed for ball valves up to 2" in size requiring ≤ 266 in-lbs of torque. They can be used for on/off and proportional control; the proportional models have 4-20mA or 2-10vdc feedback output port.  It has a lightweight, aluminum alloy enclosure that is electrostatic coated to provide NEMA 4/4X/IP67 and Class B motor protection. The auto-ranging power supply is compatible with 24 VAC/VDC or 85 to 265 VAC for on/off and proportional control.  The 39" long power cable facilitates field connections with a PG6 EMT entry port having a sealed cable gland.

 

The HZSN1 valve actuator is compatible with ISO 5211 valve mounting pads and has an 11mm double square female drive.  When ordered wit a valve factory assembly and testing is provided at no additional cost.  The  manual override lever and 8mm access shaft is located at the bottom of the actuator housing in the event of power failure.
